Frequently Asked Questions
Short answers to the most common questions about how we run community operations, KOL programs and events at
Wisely Community.
What kind of projects do you work with?
We mainly work with crypto exchanges, Web3 products, infrastructure and protocol teams that want structured
community operations. Most of our partners are active across TR • EU • MENA and need localized support for
social, KOL and on-ground engagement.
How does the collaboration process work?
We start with a short discovery call to understand your product, markets and current community stack. Then we run
a quick audit, define priorities (ops, content, KOL, events, localization), and propose a clear plan with
timelines, KPIs and ownership. Work then continues in monthly sprints with regular reporting.
Which platforms and regions do you cover?
We operate primarily across TR • EU • MENA and support global roll-outs when needed. On the platform side, we
usually cover Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord and YouTube, with optional support for Instagram and other channels
depending on your strategy.
Do you only manage online communities, or also offline events?
Both. Our team has hands-on experience with sports activations, meetups, festival presence and branded community
days (Surf School, SportsZone, Satoshi Café and more). We can combine online community ops with on-ground
activations under a single engagement plan.
How do you handle KOL & influencer campaigns?
We help design the full KOL strategy: creator shortlist, outreach, negotiation, deliverables, tracking and
reporting. Campaigns can range from one-off launches to long-term ambassador programs, always aligned with your
community and compliance guidelines.
How do you measure community success?
We track a mix of growth and quality metrics: member and follower growth, activation and retention, channel
health, engagement quality, KOL performance and sentiment trends. These are shared via weekly and monthly
reports so your team can see what is working and what needs adjustment.
Do you support moderation, FUD and crisis management?
Yes. We can help design moderation guidelines, escalation flows and crisis playbooks for market volatility,
technical incidents or FUD spikes. Our focus is to protect reputation, keep conversations constructive and make
sure your community spaces stay safe and well-managed.
How do you work with our internal marketing or external agencies?
Wisely Community usually plugs in as the community-first layer on top of your existing marketing stack. We
coordinate closely with your in-house team or lead agency on messaging, timelines and reporting, so that paid
media, brand campaigns and community ops reinforce each other instead of working in separate silos.
Do you also help with strategy and regulation topics?
For high-level market entry, compliance or licensing strategy we collaborate with our sister brand
CryptoWisely.io and selected legal partners. Wisely Community focuses on execution: community ops, KOL,
content and events — but we can align with your legal and strategy teams so the big picture stays consistent.
How do we get started?
You send us a short brief or deck, we schedule a discovery call, and within a few days you receive a written
proposal with scope, KPIs, estimated timelines and pricing. Many partners start with a 4–8 week pilot period,
then extend into a longer-term community program.
